According to CBS, Krista Klumpp, a 25-year-old pharmaceutical representative, lives in Columbia. Klumpp says she’s out to “prove that a former cheerleader and pageant girl can win the hardest game ever.”
She’ll be among 16 castaways who’ll be dropped off on somewhere in Nicaragua to play the 22nd “season” of popular reality series, which premiered in 2000.

It was a dance step gone horribly wrong.
A contestant on the new CBS reality competition LIVE TO DANCE hit her head on the stage floor during a performance. One of the show’s judges visibly flinched on camera in reaction to the fall.
Video of the fall and reaction from the judges is on CBSNews.com, here.
Lead judge Paula Abdul asked the contestant, who was already sporting a large bump on her forehead, if she was okay.
“I can’t even feel it,” the contestant said.
“Oh, trust me, you will later,” Abdul said.
The contestant was evaluated by a medic shortly after that exchange, but there was apparently no serious injury.
LIVE TO DANCE kicks off with a two-hour premiere episode Tuesday at 8:00pm on LIVE 5 WCSC.
